There are only 10 days left ‘til Christmas! Are you excited? I am!!
I’m really enjoying knitting lace patterns at the moment, so sticking to the Christmas theme I created a pattern for a candy cane blanket.
This blanket is doll-sized, as I didn’t have quite enough time to knit one human sized, but of course you can adjust the pattern or knit the blanket multiple times and stitch together as a patchwork if you would like it larger. I have sized it to fit 18-inch doll beds, such as the Ikea Duktig bed and the Olivia’s Little World trundle bed, which it fits perfectly.
Note: I have included the stitches for the border of the blanket into the pattern as this is how I like to read them when I am knitting. I have also included a printable version of the pattern at the bottom of this post.
