Hello everyone! I hope you are well?
You may have seen me mention a secret project on Instagram recently. Well, today I’m going to tell you all about it!
Last month I was feeling almost constantly terrified and stressed about the whole virus situation, and having daily panic attacks. Through social media I realised I wasn’t the only one feeling like this, and then I heard about the mental health crisis on the news, and I wanted to try and do something to help. I wanted to create something that could spread a little positivity and togetherness.
So, after a couple of sleepless nights thinking of ideas, I decided to reach out to a couple of other bloggers to ask if they’d like to work on this project with me. We created a groupchat to discuss ideas, and we all really liked the idea of daily challenges. We chose a theme for each day and added an activity suggestion, to create a week of challenges.
During the launch week of The Positivity Project, I will be posting daily here on my blog and on Instagram with a post themed to each challenge starting tomorrow, 13th April 2020, with Mindfulness Monday!

I’ve really enjoyed working on this project, and following the daily challenges has given me something to focus on and distract me from my stress and fear. We’ve all worked really hard putting this together and I’m so grateful for the team coming together and supporting each other, and many of us are aiming to post daily throughout the launch week. This is the first collaboration I have done, and it’s been lovely working as a team and getting to know other bloggers. 💛
If you would like to take part in the project, feel free to download or screenshot the daily challenges, and tag your post with the hashtags #positivepixiedust and #thepositivityproject so we can see your post. There are 6 different colourways to match different themes and colour schemes, but the text is exactly the same on each one. There is no pressure to post every day, as you can always repeat a day another week, or even repeat the whole challenge if you would like!






During the launch week I will be posting at a slightly earlier time than usual, at 10am BST, in case you would like to follow along with my activities on the day.
